This lesson provide an introduction to the recent applications in the field of “e-Biodiversity” to study plant diversity. The students will explore the information available in public databases to understand the uses and applications of plants as unique reservoirs for food and agriculture. The students will learn how to assess to powerful international databases, in order to get data to generate a dataset for develop their project in the framework of this module.
